What I am about to share happens at a lot of fast/casual food places. Our order is a crispy chicken sandwich only,with extra mayo and a chicken Philly meal. I asked if they could "crisp up" the fries. ("Of course, no problem") What we got. Chicken sandwich, no mayo. Reason? They don't have mayo in the kitchen. They are supposed to give you the little condiment packs. And they rang it up as a meal. Crispy fries? How about limp fries instead. particularly bad about Zaxby's. They either don't listen, do not convey the order correctly or clearly to the kitchen and don't check the order. Or they just don't care. As I said, it happens a lot everywhere. That being said, sandwiches were good.

Ordered delivery online and it was absolutely delicious. I got a 6 piece when I ordered a 4 and was so happy because it was awesome. The fries are seasoned well, the chicken tenders are the perfect size not too thick or thin, and not dry at all.

Christy (I think that was her name) is AWESOME she went above and beyond! She was very professional, kind, sweet, and caring. She definitely needs a raise!! And the food was delicious as always! 😊
